Reserving a Meeting Room in the Stewart Center

For the Public:
Stewart Building rooms are available for rental by the public.
 

For Employees:

Please follow this guide when reserving meeting rooms:
  • Title: Provide an accurate and complete title for the event.
  • Required Attendees: Include all essential participants or resources (such as checkout laptops) needed for the meeting.
  • Optional Attendees: Add all other attendees.
  • Date and Time: Specify the entire duration the room is needed, including setup time.
  • Location: Select the room under the location.
  • Body: Provide a detailed description of the event, including the necessary fields listed below, if applicable:
    • Actual start and end time of the event, if different from the booked time.
    • Number of attendees.
    • Setup equipment needed.
    • Room layout instructions.
    • Board Room layout (refer to Contra Costa County Office of Education » About CCCOE » Stewart Center Information).
    • Information regarding catering or other pertinent items (e.g., Sunrise Catering to deliver breakfast/lunch, please contact Jane Smith).
Note: Receptionists cannot make any changes to the dates/times of events on the calendars. Only the event creator can do this. The custodial staff will access the calendars online to set up your meetings as specified.
