Our CCCOE Administrative Leadership Program (ALP) provides leadership development programs and services to educational leaders throughout the county.

 
bulletPreliminary Administrative Services Credential Program (PASC)
This 11 month program begins every February and is open to aspiring administrators with at least 4 years of experience related to their teaching/services credential. Please visit the PASC webpage for more information.  
 
  
bulletClear Administrative Credential Program (CACP)
This two-year induction program is available to beginning administrators in need of clearing their preliminary credential. Fall and Winter cohorts available. Please visit the CACP webpage for more information.  
 
 
bulletConsultancy Leadership Coaching
This service provides one-on-one coaching to administrators who are seeking this kind of professional learning opportunity. In collaboration with interested parties, we create a contract of service to meet an administrator's needs. For more information, please contact our ALP Coordinator.
